At PUREHOUSE LAB, we promote community development and facilitate the creation of affordable, sustainable, high-quality community-based shared living spaces. We believe that, more and more today, people are craving connection with others. We recognized that how humans inhabit space, whether their homes, workspaces, retail or common space, has changed dramatically. Increasingly more people work remotely and collaboratively as freelancers, subscribe to co-working services, share homes and use services such as AirBnB to hack housing. This rapidly growing demographic spans age, ethnicity, gender and socio-economic class and is regularly searching for innovative offers where they can expand and express their creativity. PUREHOUSE LAB recognizes these factors and integrates them into the formalization of a new mixed-use typology we refer to as co-living.
